# TAKO and AI agent conversation

## About this excerpt

This is not the conversation between TAKO and his wife inside the finished video. It is a public-safe excerpt from the production conversation in which TAKO reviewed the 42-second TAKODAM story with the AI agent. Billing setup, personal information, local paths, secrets, and repetitive progress updates have been removed.

## Establish the story first

**TAKO**

> Show Pride becoming jealous of Niki's ability. Niki pilots the giant robot brilliantly. Pride makes Niki explain the controls, tries to pilot it himself, and falls headfirst.

**AI agent**

The relationship was divided into three-second beats: Niki's skill, Pride's jealousy, the explanation, the pilot change, and the failed attempt.

## Separate story function from visual appearance

**TAKO**

> If the robot is too risky from a copyright perspective, make another version.

The first response changed the machine, characters, and story too drastically.

**TAKO**

> Keep Pride. Keep the overall story. Change only the robot's color and design. Make the shield about half the size and oval. Show me the storyboard first.

**AI agent**

The revised rule was: preserve the story function, redesign the appearance. The relationship and ending remained, while the color scheme, head, torso, and shield became original. Video generation waited for storyboard review.

## Build a consistent TAKODAM design

**TAKO**

> Replace the robot head with the round silver robot head. Put the pig character in uniform in the background, looking toward us.

Separate master references were used for the head and the background character so that the approved composition and body did not drift.

## Correct scale and strengthen Niki's role

**TAKO**

> The robot's face is too large. Make it about 30 percent smaller.

> Niki's skill does not come across strongly enough. Can he cut through an enemy robot with an energy sword?

> Niki speaks in the Osaka dialect. The final line should say that the background of experience and judgment cannot be handed over.

The head was fixed at 70 percent of its earlier size across all shots. Niki received a stronger action shot, and the final displayed line was separated from its speech-oriented pronunciation text.

## Clarify the final visual gag

Putting every action into one shot caused the person and giant robot to appear at the same scale and sometimes created a second head. The ending was divided into three shots: head-lock failure, head detachment and ejection, and the landing in the field.

The giant machine remains far in the background while Pride lands in the foreground, preserving both scale and the gag.

## Repair audio without regenerating video

**TAKO**

> Partway through, the sound turns into repeated beeping. Did you modify the audio returned by the API?

The repair found incompatible audio formats being concatenated. The approved video was preserved, while every audio segment was normalized to AAC, 48 kHz, stereo before concatenation.

## Rules carried forward

1. Separate the story function to preserve from the appearance to redesign.
2. Do not generate video before storyboard approval.
3. Keep separate references for characters, machines, and background characters.
4. Split an action across shots when scale or continuity breaks.
5. Keep display text and speech text separate.
6. Keep final audio separate from generated video audio and normalize it before concatenation.
