## Goal

Create a new work that naturally connects a user-owned live-action clip to generated video. Do not reuse the original deer, TAKO character, story, or source materials.

## Procedure

1. Read the story, source-material filenames, production conversation, and technical information on this page.
2. Ask the user for the live-action source, rough story, intended ending, publication destination, and rights conditions.
3. Inspect resolution, frame rate, duration, framing, lighting, color, noise, timestamp, camera motion, and ambience. Record them as an environment ledger.
4. Build an Excel storyboard showing the live/generated boundary, the first motion after the handoff, and the cause and effect of every scene.
5. For every shot, state character and object counts, direction, contact points, and any changed state that must not revert.
6. Show the Excel storyboard to the user and obtain explicit approval. Do not generate video before approval.
7. Avoid one long generation. Split the action into short causal segments such as approach, contact, change, surprise, and reaction.
8. Do not automatically accept audio from generated clips. Review dialogue, ambience, sound effects, and synchronization separately.
9. Move elements that generation cannot fix—counts, trajectories, collisions, timestamps—to deterministic editing such as FFmpeg.
10. Decode the whole work and inspect internal frames, handoff points, continuity, audio sync, and desktop and mobile display.

## Approval and cost

- Before any paid API call, explain the model, candidate count, output duration, and estimated cost, then obtain approval.
- Never place API keys, personal information, private source materials, or billing information in Git or on public pages.
- YouTube uploads, visibility changes, deployment, and Git commit or push require explicit operator approval.

## Definition of done

- The live-to-generated handoff does not look unnatural at normal playback speed.
- The story’s cause and effect can be followed from the images.
- Character and object counts, direction, contact, and changed states remain continuous across cuts.
- Dialogue, ambience, and effects match the images.
- The final beat is checked frame by frame and approved by the user.
