# TAKO and the AI agent: production conversation

This is **not** the on-screen conversation between TAKO and his wife. It is a public, chronological summary of TAKO's requests and recorded production decisions, checked against drafts, revision requests, and version records. It is not a verbatim chat transcript; undocumented AI replies have not been invented.

| Step | TAKO's request or check | Result and human decision |
|---:|---|---|
| 1 | Put photos of the real cat and dog together with generated NIJI. | First confirm a coherent **still image**, not a video. |
| 2 | Use the rescued sparrow and garden photos in a short rescue story. | Make a short video from the rough draft and review it while following the text. |
| 3 | Keep the full film gentle: the four return, Dad sees the ruined garden, and the house feels warm. Do not rush the story. | Preview the opening, then add detail through the family meal while discussing it with the AI. |
| 4 | Continue after dinner with a private meeting of the four animals; begin with a storyboard. | Add `ストーリー2.md` and test sitting poses and possible movements with reference images. |
| 5 | Keep the animals cute. Natural speech by everyone and fast action are difficult with the current technique. | Choose a storybook approach, as though a mother reads and performs the whole tale. |
| 6 | A generated scene moves a character's mouth before the dialogue is set. | Review the result and add a line afterward, including “Everyone, go to bed soon.” |
| 7 | Check faces, feet, light, pronunciation, caption timing, source images, and sound. | Revise only affected spans and retain draft, rejected, and approved versions distinctly. |
| 8 | Show the real sparrow and garden behind the story. | Add the bonus and postscript after the ending. Japanese v026 and English v004 clarify who Tako-san and Tako-tsuma are. |

The process is repeated: provide source material and a story, let AI produce a trial, then have a person judge and add what is needed. AI did not make the final creative or rights decision. A production conversation does not grant permission to publish franchise-inspired images.
