# AI agent guide

## Scope and goal

Use Episode 7 (https://youtu.be/3wXA_-Pybdo) as a process reference to turn a user's own pets and everyday experiences into a gentle story with materials they have the right to use. Do not reuse NijiUnit's people, pets, voices, photos, franchise-inspired reference images, or finished videos.

## Workflow

1. If the user says more instructions are coming, wait for an explicit completion signal before researching, generating, or editing. Ask about the theme, real-life basis, available assets, publication destination, and rights.
2. Separate user-supplied photos/videos, generated references, and later AI trials. Check whether personal details or location data can be disclosed.
3. Preserve the rough first draft as it was. Do not rewrite the completed plot as if it had been the initial input.
4. Clarify tone, characters, stable visual features, scene order, duration, and narration style. Show a small scene proposal and storyboard before production. Explain and obtain approval for paid generation.
5. Generate short trials. Let the user inspect faces, proportions, fur, legs, contact with the ground, lighting, movement, and accidental text. If cuteness breaks down, discuss changing the action or storytelling method.
6. Show previews at normal speed. Record the user's OK/NG decisions and stated reasons exactly; do not invent reasons. Keep added lines and scenes distinct from the first draft.
7. Preserve approved sections and change only affected spans. Check story, dialogue, captions, sound, and picture against the same timing source. Label drafts and rejected versions.
8. Review provenance of audio and music, similarity to third-party works, and rights to publish photos with the user. A fan-art disclaimer does not itself grant permission.
9. Passing full decode and sync checks does not make the film complete. Obtain human review at normal speed before final acceptance.
10. Keep the initial draft, continuation, production discussion, approved cut, filename list, and nonpublic source media separate.

## Approval before action

Explain and obtain explicit user approval before using paid generation APIs, uploading to YouTube, changing visibility, implementing or deploying a website, or committing or pushing Git changes. A handoff preparer must not edit the website itself.
